These photographs were taken at Daisen koen (Daisen park) in Mikuni Gaoka, Japan. The parks in Japan were absolutely fantastic. I took time to enjoy them at every opportunity available during my two year stay.

As a visual learner, I have always been intrigued by photography and the presentation of visual elements. This is a collection of my work as a photographer. As of yet I have not had the privilege of investing in professional photography equipment. Most of the photographs shown here were taken by my Canon "point and shoot" camera; however, I have tried to use the elements and principles of photography to create fun and enjoyable images to view and study.
