As a visual learner, I have always been intrigued by photography and the presentation of visual elements. This is a collection of my work as a photographer. As of yet I have not had the privilege of investing in professional photography equipment. Most of the photographs shown here were taken by my Canon "point and shoot" camera; however, I have tried to use the elements and principles of photography to create fun and enjoyable images to view and study. Nike of Samothrace (Winged Victory)

While we were at The Louvre in Paris, we stopped to see Nike of Samothrace. This is by far my favorite sculpture in the world. Nike of Samothrace, also called Winged Victory of Samothrace is a marble sculpture that was built by an unknown sculptor, but clearly depicts Nike - the Greek Goddess of Victory.
